I joined Riley & Associates, PC in January 2007 and bring with me approximately 15 years of both public and private accounting, auditing and tax experience.
I attended the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and graduated Cum Laude in May of 1988. While there I was recruited by several national public accounting firms, upon graduation I joined the auditing department of Laventhol & Horwath, and was with them for over two years.I then went on to work in both the public and private sector in the areas of auditing and financial reporting, including positions at Coopers & Lybrand, Occidental Petroleum and Paine Webber Properties.
My more recent experience includes the preparation of individual, business and corporate tax returns. I also specialize in not-for-profit organizations and have extensive auditing & review experience this area servicing a number of clients in the Massachusetts (I recommend www.guidestar.org as the Internets best resource for non-profits).
I have lived in Newburyport for 13 years and reside with my husband and two children. |
